One to One Yoga class focus on your needs, abilities and what you would like to learn or experience in a Yoga class session.
How does it work?
Once you book online I will email you with a reflective question and from that I will prepare a class for you. you can also book a free 15 minutes discovery call so that I can help you to reflect in what you need to address.
The class duration is 60 minutes.
The structure of the class can be the same of a group class and, of course, adapted to your needs.
