I'm an experienced Naturopathic physician and Integrated Health Practitioner with a passion for holistic health. My goal is to empower and motivate people to achieve their health goals by providing a clear understanding of their health and a roadmap for achieving it.
​
I have a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences: Naturopathic Medicine from the prestigious University of Westminster, and have completed many other diplomas and professional courses in Integrative Medicine and Coaching, including Transformational Coaching, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Master Herbalist, Yoga Therapy, Emotional freedom Therapy - EFT, Hydrotherapy according to Kneipp, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Lymphatic drainage therapy and others .

My blueprint for health combines my clinical and teaching experiences with self-development and encompasses various aspects of Naturopathic Medicine, Functional Nutrition, Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Ayurveda, and applied Transformational Coaching skills.

I am a Registered Naturopathic Physician with The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and with The General Naturopathic Council. I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK register for Complementary Therapists. I am a member and insured by The Complementary Therapist Association (CThA) as an Integrative Medicine Practitioner and I am registered as an Experienced Yoga Teacher and Therapist with Yoga Alliance.
I also hold a certificate in Emergency First Aid at work (regularly updated) and an enhanced DBS registration.
In 2020 I was awarded the Cambridge Prestige Awards 2020 for the Best Health and Wellness Practice of the Year, in recognition of all dedication and care given to clients.

My Journey to Vita Shakti...
My extensive exploration and study of integrative fields in healthy sciences, combining ancient wisdom with modern medicine, has been the cornerstone of my journey to self-discovery and healing. As a practitioner and through my own personal experiences, I have come to understand the immense power of the mind in promoting health and healing, while also recognizing its potential to hinder progress.
​
As a woman, I have encountered and struggled with the effects of hormonal changes on my mental and physical health, as well as my fertility. However, by embracing healthy practices such as diet, yoga, and Ayurveda, I was able to transform my entire being through simple changes in lifestyle, breathing patterns and awareness.
​
The challenges and blessings of motherhood further enhanced my understanding and application of the wisdom shared by my teachers, enabling me to turn difficulties into opportunities for growth and development.
​
My journey has instilled in me the importance of continuous learning and openness to change, be it in my personal or professional development. Through this, I have learned to listen to my inner light, nurture and care for myself, and most importantly, serve others with all my heart.

My passion lies in supporting and guiding others in their own paths to self-discovery and healing, enabling them to achieve holistic health and wellbeing. I consider it a privilege to serve my patients and help them attain optimal health and wellbeing in all aspects of their lives, be it physical, mental, or spiritual.
