Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

 

- Vaginal Steam Sauna/Yoni Steam sauna is ready to dispatch in 5 working days.

- All other orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Steam Sauna/Yoni Steam sauna are posted via Parcelforce and take 2 business days to arrive

- All other orders are posted via Royal Mail and may take 1-3 days to arrive

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Free delivery for orders over £30 is for UK only, international orders delivery fee will apply and it will vary. Please contact us to request quote.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipments:

Please be aware that outside of the UK delivery times can vary considerably and you may be liable to paying customs tax. Some items, particularly supplements but not limited to them, may be subject to customs charges and fees. The product recipient is responsible for these charges. Please check with your local laws as they apply to the products you are ordering.

Returning Shipping Costs and conditions:

• To return your product, please email us on contactvitashakti@gmail.com for the returning shipping address.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

• If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​
