Refund & Exchange policy
In accordance with your statutory rights you have 14 days from the receipt of your goods to return for a full refund if you change your mind. This does not apply for Vita Shakti Vsteam Sauna (please refer to general terms and conditions of sale or Vsteam sauna return policy.
If your goods are faulty or there are discrepancies you have 30 days to return them for a full refund, except the case of Vsteam sauna and Custom made herbal blends, as they under different category of products (perishable, tailor-made or personalised goods, underwear and hygiene products).
All returns must be requested in advance with customer services (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Vaginal/Yoni Steam sauna REFUND/EXCHANGE policy
Important - All sales for Vita Shakti Vsteam sauna are FINAL. However you have 7 days from the receipt of your goods to return for a full refund if the product is damaged. Unfortunately due to the nature of this product (customer goods with a hygiene issue) we can’t accept returns unless it is damaged.
If the sauna is defective or arrives damaged do not use it. Please let us know immediately within 7 days of receiving it. Take photos of the defect and send them to . If it is determined that your item is defective or was damaged during shipping the item will be replaced. Save all of your packaging. You will have to re-package it for pickup by your delivery service. We will not replace items that do not have the original packaging for transport.
Vaginal/Yoni steaming herbs return eligibility:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the herb packets have been opened we're unable to offer a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
