Keep Healthy Studio and Therapy Rooms Guidelines

As we get ready for our Gong bath, I would like to invite you to read the Bodywise Studio Guidelines based upon the government recommendations.

Our aim is to provide you with a  healthy, holistic and peaceful Gong Bath experience.

We have made a few changes to make sure that when you visit the BodyWise Studio it still your Sanctuary of Calm.

  • If you are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms, please do not attend your appointment; contact us instead.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer you refreshments after your treatment so please bring bottled water with you if you want.

  • Please come to your session alone as only pre-booked tickets/people can stay in the premises.

  • For Gong bath and events we ask you please not to bring a yoga mat and pillow. Yoga mat, wipeable bolster and wipeable head-rest are provided. However, you can bring a towel to cover the yoga mat and a cover to keep you warm.

  • Please wear a face mask on your arrival, unless you are exempted from it; once you are allocated to your mat you can take it off.

  • Please observe 2 metres distance at all times

  • I will use essential oils inside the studio and the foyer. I will be using the electronic diffuser. The essential oil used is Organic Defence blend from Neal’s Yard Remedies. And the intentions is to keep the air fresh and healthy.  The essential oils in the diffuser will add an extra natural and organic way of supporting your immune health.
