About the Event
A Crystal gong bath uses the healing sounds of a Gong to supercharge your gemstones. If they are placed on your body, they become excellent instruments for interfering with sound, and crystals with the energy of your body.
- Bring your crystal to the session:
The first step to preparing for a gong bath with healing crystals is to choose the crystal you need to bring with you. Bring a crystal that most resonates with you.
The Gong will be played in a low tune to allow a deep meditative state. We will play the session with blue light to enhance calm vibrations and will finish using the sounds of Kochi Bells, Tibetan Singing Bowls and other relaxing sound instruments.
We will be using a variety of ancient sound healing instruments:
