This session is designed to support the transition from the initial intentions of the new year into integration, warmth, and steady momentum.


The sound journey opens with the Dhyangro Nepalese shamanic drum, a double sided ritual drum traditionally used in Himalayan ceremonies for guidance and awakening. Its sharper, penetrating rhythm cuts through stagnation, works directly with the heart centre, and brings alertness, clarity, and directional focus.


This is held and grounded by the Balinese shamanic drum, played by Yuri, which carries a deeper, steadier pulse. In Balinese tradition, drumming supports grounding and stability, working strongly with the root chakra, helping rhythm settle into the body and create a sense of safety and containment.


Played together, the Nepalese and Balinese drums create a balanced dialogue between heart and root, clarity and grounding, awakening and integration. This rhythmic foundation…
