This 60-minute session is a guided sound journey with gongs and therapeutic instruments that encourage the body to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance. A short relaxation at the beginning helps you settle before waves of sound carry you into profound rest. Perfect for friends, families, or small groups seeking relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner calm. A welcoming space is prepared with mats, soft lighting, and aromatherapy, offering the perfect environment to let go and reconnect with yourself.

Payment is required at least 48 hours before the session. Payment can be made securely by card. Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, any payment made will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. For any special requests or adjustments, please contact me at least 48 hours before the session so I can do my best to accommodate your needs.
